Feudalisation

something caught my eye this day. i am playing with version 0.99.03, and i was playing with the HRE...and in that campaign...i saw every town of them could only build the first and/or second tier of the feudalisation!
then i checked the Western Franks...it was the same.
i was like "what the heck", because England CAN build all the feudal tiers in -at least- their Capital, wich is not possible with either WF or the HRE!

can someone explain this?

Not true ... check again the building tree

Every typical feudal-realm-faction with the concerning building string can construct the last tier at least in the capital.

Though i anyway was thinking about to spread this a bit ... yes, i guess i'll extend it to the hr main settlements.

You are wrong ... feudalisation last tier in huge_city possible for:

France - Paris

HRE - Koeln, Augsburg (plus Magdeburg, independent Sachsen at the start).

If you have something else, then your installation is wrong

Anyway, i'll spread the second last tier 'Province Castles' (large_city) to more regions.

i am talking about the land gift/landownership etc.

Yes, make your screenshot if you still think you have an issue there, i can tell you then if something is wrong in your build ... i know what i've coded, in the most cases at least

if it's not too long ago.
