    Default cannot build units

    I cannot build units in cities I have conquered that were Eastern Roman Empire. Is this a known problem or intended?

    Broken Crescent uses a AOR system after a certain area u will be unable to recruit ur nations troops. In cities that u take u can produce militia type unit. They are changing this problem, it will be fixed in the new patch.
