Please help me with the riots ..
I am in the year 185 BC, already conquered the south of Gaul, Sicily and I also stabilize the economy and growth in Italy and in all cities that won ...
But some cities exploded in riots in Roman Gaul and the "rebels roman" occupied,as if to avoid this?
I already down low taxes in these cities and not resolved ...

And when will the reforms of Marius?

When you take over cities, try Eliminating the populace (not enslave or just take the settlement). This will kill 3/4 of the indiginous population and make it easier for the garrisons to control it for some time.
Also, destroy all non-roman buildings when you take it over and build Roman morale-boosters ASAP. Get good governors to troublesome cities. And last but not least, keep taxes at a minimum, keep full garrisons (as many townwatches you can fit into a settlement) and if it still doesn't work, try recruiting even more peasants and send to your stable cities.
If you do all this you should be fine

As Ejergard said, it is vital to destroy all non-roman buildings (well I sometimes keep the barracks for a turn or two to recruit the town watch), because they give significant bonuses to the original faction , but exactly opposite for Romans. That might be it. Usual combo of temple + square for Carthage fe gives about 90% of happiness...

For marius reforms you need to CONQUER CARTHAGE and build up there city' s. And don" t rush your game becous this is not the way to win SPQR.

For Marius reforms I think it is enough to take Carthage initial settllements, and they should have Imperial Palaces. Carthage does not have to be destroyed - they can survive in a settlement that they did not have from the start. This was the case for me.

Governors with high influenze will keep the riots suppressed. Destroying buildings and building new roman buildings will help also like euhm some one said, don' t remember who.:hmmm::hmmm:
