    Default Color coding???

Hey I have yet another question . In skinning, are you going to be relying on the color coding of the game as much as other mods have??? I mean, sure some of these armies had a basic color that represented them (Like red for England or White for the Teutonic Order). But on the over all most kingdoms weren't that way. And certainly the peasants and militia were never color coded, lol... The way it should be done is that your basic poor-mans unit should just wear the default drab colors of the day, while the colorfull tunics decorative should be saved for the more professional units (And these should be individualy skinned and done seperately instead of a cheap, mass, default color).... Broken Cresant was another mod that did this.

I hope my question is clear ... Either way, I have confidence that you guys will do a fine job!

We are working on having the units traditional style of wear, but something I guess a lot of modders and mods have over looked is perhaps the colors for the poor, like you have stated, the poor of those days certainly didn't wear any traditional colors that say, professional units had. I think what we will do is represent most with the color coding the game gives the units, but monastic orders will most likely have their own style of wear. However, this is subject to change.
