    Default couple questions..

first of all, amazing mod cant believe after all my time playing m2 ive only started dlv recently.. the field costs give a real challenge ontop of all the awesome rp elements

first of all, the points system im really confused as to how this works.. ive read the manual and in faq but still at a loss.. not quite to sure on how im supposed to be gaining or using points? i noticed i have 0 gov points, but a bunch in military.. if someone could maybe elaborate on how points are gained and used would be great..

also, offend the nobility trait.. i dont have a problem with it im just interested into how its gained..

my heir recently took control over norway, after he sacked stockholm he got this trait the next turn.. wondering if actions like these reflect how its gained? if i was to occupy stockholm would things of been different?

also, does historical campaign not have ai garrison script? i had enabled it, when i launched attack on greenland(which only had 3 units, pallisade)no garrison formed.. but after reading handbook, i see that garrison only effects larger settlements, is this the case..?

fantastic mod, im also looking forward to dlv europa

Offends the nobility only applies to faction leaders, not heirs - not sure how he got that? - However it is gained by your faction leader being a naughty boy, - not being crowned, being excommunicate (big cause) - majority of cities not being content (yellow face and below) - and losing a lot of battles. As well as many, many other causes. - To lose this trait, leave the offender in your original capital and there'll be a chance every turn that he will be reconciled with the Nobles.

Historical campaign should have all the scripts as I use them all

Also looking forward to DLV: Europa!

hmm srry i meant when my heir became king, when his father died

that must be how i got the trait, i was campaigning when my king died, and diddnt get crowned intime, well hes in capitol now and has been crowned so only a matter of time i suppose before hes reconciled

as for garrison script, i guess nothing spawned because it was the lowest form of town(pallisade i think) ??

    Glad about the reconciliation -

for the Garrison script, I guess that nothing spawned because of the lowest level settlement, but don't quote me on that since I'm not 100% sure -

it could just be a bug, since the Garrison script has to apply to every individual settlement - there is a chance that one of the 199 could of been missed out...

i dont think my garrison script is working... im playing historical as norway still

at first i thought maybe it diddnt effect rebel settlements, but im at war with denmark now an they havnt been poping any garrisons when i lay siege..

i know for sure i clicked it in the begining..

in the handbook it says main campaign has "all scripts enabled", then just says "historical campagin" does this mean some scripts arnt enabled? field cost is working i know that for sure

what going on does it only work in main campagin?

    help much appreciated..

Hmm are you playing the Historical or Imperial campaign.. although this shouldn't matter - the scripts should still work,

try resinstalling the Open Beta 3 over the top again (backup save games). Shouldn't take more than 5 minutes, then let me know again here.

Also, I think there's a certain authority rank you need to get reconciled. I think it's 5, maybe it's four. You get 1 authority for being in the capital, but you might need to build it up through a few battles against rebels if your heir wasn't that great.

ive downloaded and installed open beta 3 but still having problems..

the enemy garrison script is still not working for me, whenever i lay siege to enemy settlement no garrison is spawned even though ive enabled it..

from what i undrstand in handbook, garrison will spawn a sizeable force according to settlement size, ive tried sieging small rebel palisades to cities/towns owned by factions but the garrison hasnt been working..

i dont know what the problem is, they used a garrison script in bc so i know what to expect..

all other scripts, field costs etc work perfectly fine

i really want to play with the garrison script, so im kinda in a tight spot..
