How About Indonesian : Total War?

If someone can create a mod about Indonesia history(Indonesian:Total War), i would be very happy

yea it would be great, and not just cause im indonesian. se asia doesnt receive much attenton from strategy games even though its warring history and terrain would make it fun

yes lol. they had various hindu and later muslim states that dominated the se asia. a javan prince founded the khmer empire. then there was a failed mongol invasion http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mongol_invasion_of_Java, not to mention that its the heart of the spice trade.

point is, a mod in se asia would be fun especially with focus on naval units and trade routes.

I know that SE Asia has just as proud a track record of bashing each others heads in like the old continent, yet i lack any detailed knowledge.

Must admit say i'm too interested (maybe eurocentristic?

) but a well made mod might actually fuel this interest. So sure, why not?

Simply because its FRIGGIN hard for modders to base the faction on what? Scant, obscure, historical records? too little in detail.

But honestly I also "like" to see a mod in this location..........like 1500s so that I can command spain and bring in more conquistadores to pwn all the malay archipelago! And maybe, just maybe, meet in pitched battles, China!
