Question on keeping an army supplied

I'm playing ver 6.1 of SS. Its seems after a few turns of marching my army on the field. My general health turns to unhealthy and then he comes down with some kind of illness, even though the army is foraging for food. How to you keep an army fully supplied and its general healthy? Thanks.

Hi generals health and illnesses are not part of my supplies mod. They are from BB&B mod. My stuff is generally triggered by logic and circumstances rather than random chance.
