Graphical Bug

I want to know if anyone else may have experienced this bug or may know what causes it. Basically, I clicked end turn and when it switched seasons to winter I found that there was a giant area on my map that still had the spring map textures. Then, when I moved the screen back over a minute later, some of it was gone and it kept doing this until it had fully changed to the winter textures.

This will happen if you are starting a game or if the game you had saved was reloaded and a turn went by before activating the 4 turn per year script. I'm not aware if happening otherwise but stranger things have happened
