    very good preview! I liked the idea of the music +Rep

    just one question: why is the bear warrior wearing a wooden club? I couldn't find a picture of Scene thirty-six of Trajan’s Column is it showed there?

    EDIT: I could swear you guys did something to the horses.. they look so vast and 3D, or is that just because the rest is that good

    There's pictures of irregular Germanic auxiliaries armed with clubs on Trajan's column. I can't remember whether the bear warriors are amongst these or not. At the moment I can't find the image but will try and do so.

    I think the horses look big just because of the angles of the shots.

    Actually that's Oden / Wotan and Fenrir or Fenris Norse legends. Here's another one with Tyr and Fenris.;

    This relates to the story of the binding of Fenris.

    Love the previeuw, excellent work once more.

    I have a question though: Will the Cimbri be the only German faction? There are three Celtic ones and I believe 4 steppe ones, so I really think the grim slayers of Rome deserve at least one other.

    Sorry for being like that(points to sig).

    Suebians (and Cherusci, Chatti, etc) will be represented by some free peoples' units.

    Cimbri fit much better for our time period.

    I thought that the Sweboz was the collective term for the ancient Germans?

    Wasn't the Sweboz a tribe that lived in southern Denmark and northern Germany? They had skirmishes and some battles against the Romans first when Caesar was conquering Gaul and pacifying it and then during the expansion to the Elbe.

    Sweboz or Swebaz are infact the Suebi. We do have Suebi units available as AoR and mercs

    Thanks Macky

    Maybe sometime in the future there will be a Suebi faction. For now check this;

    In the classical sources, the ethnonym Suebi is used with two different meanings: the specific tribe of Caesar's campaign, "dwelling on the Main", and "broadly, to cover a large number of tribes in central Germany."[5] The broad view is expressed in Tacitus' Germania, a basic written source for the Suebic peoples that states:[6]
    We must come now to speak of the Suebi, who do not, like the Chatti or Tencteri, constitute a single nation. They actually occupy more than half of Germany, and are divided into a number of distinct tribes under distinct names, though all generally are called Suebi.

    Enjoy.
