Not looking to increase difficulty, only Beauty! Suggested Mods?

I'm looking to add cosmetic changes to my modded game, any suggestions?

I see Total War doesn't have Templar Banners, that is discouraging, and most other mods seem to only add to the difficulty in one way or another, I want to be able to run a peaceful enterprise for some years before I decide to break my binds and cut to ribbons my enemies (If it even comes to that), I like "work" and if a mod has had a extensive amount of work paid to it in the ways of Balance, "Beauty" etc... I might just HAVE to try it...

Crimson Tide is a great aesthetic mod...much better blood, snow and dirt effects (especially the blood). And submods that change rosters (i.e. Battle for the Baltic, Knights Templar submod, Basiliea ton Romaion) dont so much change difficulty as just provide a different experience. My advice to you is to go through the submods forum and just see what you like and what you don't like.
