I have 1.0 version , i need all the patches until 1.5 or i can download only the patch 1.5 for play SPQR TW ?

you only need to download patch 1.3 and 1.5 to install.


SPQR: Total War 7.0 version requirements
1. Make sure you have a clean install of Rome: Total War
2. Make sure you have installed v1.3 patch for Rome: Total War
3. Make sure you have installed v1.5 patch for Rome: Total War
4. Then Install SPQR: Total War 7.0
5. There are no serious bugs or CTD's to be reported on for 7.0, it is based off previous versions and all serious bugs were squashed, some things considered bugs are either glitches, CA issues, or Features with SPQR mod.

Depends whether you use BI, Alexander or you have Anthology DVD. But basically yes, you need latest update for the mod to work.
