Adding the Apachean to Expanded America's has left me with a problem. With North America being vast and largely uninhabited and the Apache not able to build roads and with them no longer able to use the Warpath (to the best of my knowledge). The Apachean are left taking an age to expand. So my idea was to add a trait for the nativeindian culture only, which increases movement.
Q1. What is the maximum points allowed in a trait?
Q2. I'm no script expert, so does this look OK?

So with testing the MovementPoints 10, a 50% bonus does work. And this only works for agents and named characters, so captain led armies are still slow...
