Default Trait for NativeIndian culture only?

Adding the Apachean to Expanded America's has left me with a problem. With North America being vast and largely uninhabited and the Apache not able to build roads and with them no longer able to use the Warpath (to the best of my knowledge). The Apachean are left taking an age to expand. So my idea was to add a trait for the nativeindian culture only, which increases movement.
Q1. What is the maximum points allowed in a trait?
Q2. I'm no script expert, so does this look OK?

    Code:
    Trait GoodMover
    Characters all
    Hidden
        ExcludeCultures eastern_european
        ExcludeCultures middle_eastern
        ExcludeCultures mesoamerican
        ExcludeCultures southern_european
        ExcludeCultures northern_european
        ExcludeCultures greek
        Level Good_Mover
            Description Good_Mover_desc
            EffectsDescription Good_Mover_effects_desc
            Threshold 1
            Effect MovementPoints 5

    Trigger GoodMover1
    WhenToTest CharacterTurnStart
          Affects GoodMover 1 Chance 100
#Edit, OK so that just cause's a CTD...
Finally got it to work like so,
    Code:
    Trait GoodMover
    Characters all
    Hidden
        Level Good_Mover
            Description Good_Mover_desc
            EffectsDescription Good_Mover_effects_desc
            Threshold 1
            Effect MovementPoints 10

    Trigger GoodMover1
    WhenToTest CharacterTurnStart
        Condition FactionType normans (apachean)
          Affects GoodMover 1 Chance 100
So with testing the MovementPoints 10, a 50% bonus does work. Still not sure of the maximum though...
And this only works for agents and named characters, so captain led armies are still slow...

I'm sure there is a limit on points, but I doubt you would reach it with any reasonable trait. Your scripting looks to be ok, at least the second part does. That is the easiest way to make a faction specific trait. Don't worry with all the exclude this and exclude that, just include in the trigger the faction they have to be a part of. Keep in mind you can have more then one trigger per trait. So say you want to give the Mayans the same trait, just make another trigger with the faction condition for mayans instead of apachies.

lol necrothread. I'm sure Eothese already figured this out, but you were just doing it a tad wrong. ExcludeCultures works with commas not repetition. So it would be:

    Code:
    Trait GoodMover
    Characters all
    ExcludeCultures eastern_european, middle_eastern, mesoamerican, southern_european, northern_european, greek
    Hidden

        Level Good_Mover
            Description Good_Mover_desc
            EffectsDescription Good_Mover_effects_desc
            Threshold 1
            Effect MovementPoints 5
I'm pretty sure the order also matters for the conditions between Trait and Level. Just look at the vanilla EDCT and get an idea of where they are in respect to each other, shouldn't be hard to determine.
