Why does this game insist on showing in windowed mode? How do I fix it?

Open the for king or country cfg file, scroll to the bottom, change windowed from true to false.

well i have the same problem but i have vista 32 and if i trai to save the change dont let me any one knows how to save the chage on vista pls. pls
