Annoying SPQR bug

Hi,

I am running 7.0 and I am encountering an annoying bug. Upon execution of the 2nd turn I get a neverending spam of announcements of events. It is as if all the events executed this turn. It seems to be a random event as restarting the game seems to fix it.

My concern is investing a lot of time in the game then having this bug suddenly kick in. I've played about 30 turns without any problem btw.

Actually if those events are like glass is made etc. then you forgot to Click the Show me how on the script if you did so your first turn. Alot of people forget to do so and this will happen, You have to reactivate the script EVERYTIME you LOAD a SAVED game. it will cause you issues later.

So this will only happen when you don' t activate the script the first time? Hmmm i 'm going to test this with a new campaign.

No it happens when you activate the script and then forget to, I think he was speaking on that problem because of the messages. The random Civil war messages are caused because of the superfaction fix, so those can be ignored, but if its the other stuff that is caused by not remembering to do the script. Some people probably hit that thinking they have to then dont do it again which would cause issues.

well i have to admit when making the SPQR guide i forgot to load the script as well a couple of times but i never got the messages. when i played my campaign game i got them once and at that point the script was active.

But its caused from the script being forgotten, its been a thing since the script was added a while back
