Posting porn, constantly creating new accounts to go around the fact that he's banned, like shown in this thread, to mention some. There was also comments of him using content he hadn't recieved permission to use (he didn't create most of the stuff in his mods, just combine others work), though I am unsure if he removed the stuff he didn't have permission to, or not.

Does he simply use content from other mods in his mod or does he take credit for the work of others?

I would imagine he simply uses the content from other mods, though it has been some time since I tried it out personally, so I can't say for sure.

every single battle I wanted to play on battle map crashed
I was playing kwarezm empire and rebels devastated my land because I caouldn't fight them on
battle map and autoresolve i often loose

Grand Duke was actually a pretty nice guy. He helped me find some files I needed for a mod and privately made his music mod available to me outside of TWC. That mod in particular contained lots of copyrighted music that he did not have permission to use. Shame. It's a fantastic addition. I don't remember the spamming.
