How to reconfigure game options?

When i start BC after close it , i must re-edit the graphic and game options , becouse they become like they were when i installed the game . It is boring . How can i fix it ??

go to the cfg file and edit it to your requierments or there might be other mods that interfere with the game or your cumputer cant handle the highest grafic settings so it auto adjusts.

No , the settigs are too higfh for my computer so i have them medium , but when i start BC again they are high .
