The rebels are unrealistic?

It must powerfull rebels with sone forts and historics leaders,really.Hungary,France,Turks,Mongols or the Danes are too powerfull.For example,Hungary hold Serbia,Croatia and Bulgarya too easy.Also Armenia or Georgia.Personalized rebels are possible??Seriously never rebels are historics men,well...just Wallace.
