    Icon4 Help for Installation

Every time I install RM it always says that there is some kind of data file missing. I had vanilla Rome when I installed it.

    Can anyone Help me?

That means that you didn't install it into the right folder. Try to follow the procedure step by step

it always amuses me when mod developers pick the most confusing, convoluted installation instructions for their mods. its as if they want to discourage people from playing it.

Step 1: sprint across america, from massachusetts to oregon

step 2: bring peace to the middle east

step 3: extract every capillary from your body and line it up side by side until they stretch to the moon and back

step 4: extract the zip file to your RTW folder, install, and enjoy!

I will overwrite your vanilla game a little bit ( flags of factions.. ) not a big deal. You can still play your vanilla game. RM3 will not overwrite any file.

Maybe "gamershell"? Make sure that patch language version Is same as your game version.
Try downloading patch 1.1 then 1.2 (etc) until 1.5

But when will be RM3 released? After "Medieval 7: Total War" or before?

Anyone know where I can get the patches? For Rome total war because I found out I needed to get patch 1.2 first to get the next patch. When I tried Gamespot, I downloaded the 1st patch and when I tried to load Rome total war, it closes. So I'm not using Gamespot anymore. I'm hoping to get Rome medieval but I need the patches first. Plus seeing RzzzA of saying how to do the installatin (4.).I think I could do it just need the patches. Thank you.
