Curious about Stainless Steel.
Do any of you guys get depressed while playing Stainless Steel 6.1? Don't misconstrue what I just said for a lack of entertainment fore I do enjoy the modification. I have noticed as of late that the campaign map is literally depressing me whilst the Vanilla counterpart doesn't. For some reason the campaign map feels darker, almost creepy. At first I considered it to be the lighting and size of the map. I don't know.
Anyone else get the same feeling?

maybe because the unit pictures are not as cartoony? i noticed it had a different feel too but i preferred it

Perhaps it is the unit card, or the army supply lines.. I suppose there are a lot of factors that play into into it. I know for a fact that the map itself brings back old memories of Knights of Honor and Rome Total War.

Ya its depressing. Its far better than the vanilla, but there are far too many bugs in it and you will never get to finish a campaign.
