Fresh install (and interested in hotseat) questions

Alright I just reinstalled my game and expo because I got bored and haven't played it in a while. Came around to this mod and after going through the forums realize you can play online campaign. My questions are as follows.

1. From fresh install I am playing 1.4 i see there is 1.5 and 1.7 is it worth updating the game if im just going to be playing the mod anyways? (I am geting pretty low on HD space so trying my best to keep unpacking/updateing to a minimum as i went with the graphix fix to use the mod insteed of unpacking)

2. Is anyone else still using 1.4 and would like to play/try a hotseat game with me? It's been long time since i've played and would LOVE to have a human allie. Not looking for huge game though just cause I rather just play with 1-2 other people and be allied. insteed of "auto" fighting each other.

There is no 1.7, but there is a 1.5 patch that is for kingdoms, not KGCM. KGCM is at version 3.7 but that is the mod version.

so will updating my core game even change the way the mod works with bug fixes and what not as it is now, im only interested in playing the mod . or as long as I find someone using your mod 3.7 and i got 3.7 and say im running 1.4 and he's running 1.5 (since i guess there is no 1.7 sorry ^^) can we both still play? (PS THanks for quick response!)

Also still looking for someone to play with!? if I must upgrade to 1.5 I will. Just rather not if it's not needed for the mod and won't matter in this modded hotseat game.

you will both need 1.4 or 1.5 or else you will have problems. I recommend updating your core kingdoms to 1.5.
