Here's one for starters:
1) New map - a sort of cross between mundus magnus and our existing map. It's basically a mundus magnus map scaled up to cover approximately the same area as the existing one (but going a little further east)
2) Pretty much all new units - around about 1000 new skins many on high resolution models. Lots of historical detail
3) Totally revamped recruitment - detailed area of recruitment set up, barracks trees, etc
4) Faction list: Romans, Carthage, Sparta, Macedon, Ptolemies, Seleucids, Pontus, Pergamon, Free Greeks, Arverni, Belgae, another as yet unrevealed celtic faction, a germanic faction, Scythia, Sarmatia, Parthia, Armenia, an Iberian tribe, Dacia, Free barbarians, slave
5) Totally new battle system - new unit stats, changes to the AI formations. Work currently being undertaken by the master of battle stats.
6) Roman leadership system by Calvin (and other leadership systems to come)
7) New buildings
8) New battlemap environment - skies, lighting, dust, vegetation, buildings, ground textures radically transformed to create a much more realistic and immersive "world"
9) New music by Maxim Victor and Arn
10) New UI - loading screens, campaign and battle UI, customised buttons, icons, etc
11) New resources and economic structure
Literally thousands of man hours have gone in to try and make this the ultimate RTW mod - historical but fun, and with graphics that don't feel ashamed to stand against those of M2TW.
