question on crusades
hello. i took a city as england in the dark ages. i see that there are crusade buildings on the building browser, but only available to the opposite kind of settlement that it is. so, if if its a castle, it shows up as available if i have a city, and vice versa.
so, basically, i'm not able to build crusades buildings. it might be because i'm in the dark ages, i don't know.
this is a great mod, my favorite, but i am new to it. i'm also unable to change settlement types from castles to cities, and vice versa.
any help for this lowly newb would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Re: question on crusades
You won't be able to declare a Crusader State until you get the First Crusade event (the one that says "Deus Lo Vult", etc...) in the early era. If you wait long enough it should appear around 1100.
Converting settlements between has been disabled. You should use the Feudalization, market rights, and military right in its place.
