    Default CTD persistant as always

EB is becoming unplayable for me because off all this bugs. Couple of editions, patches, fixes and yet that i cannot go over 209 bc?????
    That is realy lame.
I gave up on Rome campaign because of persistant CTD on 210. Then Casse, maybe just 10 years earlier, now again romans it is 238 bc, I just destroyed Epiros. CTD.

But here how it goes: I PRESS END TURN AND THEN CTD! I RELOAD A GAME, AND IT IS ONE TURN AFTER, LIKE IT DIDNT GOT CTD, THEN I PRESS TURN AGAIN IT IS OK, BUT JUST A TURN AFTER THAT AGAIN CTD.
And it can go on and on like that.

My game is patched to 1.2 plus 1.2 fixes. Yet I beleive that earlier CTD were because of type IV government, always after making one, couple of turns and I get CTD, but this time i was carefull, no type IV govs. yet it happened again.

On what faction's turn does it crash? Does that faction have any rebelling/rioting cities?

Maybe a fresh install? I'm not getting any game killing ctds, and im well into my EB 1.2 Romani campaign, I finished Epiros in Pella and did a save because of what you had written here, but it didn't crash. Maybe you could attach one of those save game files, are you playing on the RomeTW.exe or are you using BI or Alexander?

Awhile back, I had one of the most annoying crashes of all time - right in the middle of battle. As it would turn out, the file was corrupted... I went into some of my system properties and disabled Writebehind Caching, I have power outages when I'm not careful (Its a solar power thing), but the deal with Writebehind Caching is that when your computer crashes/power outage you can end up with corrupted files... I am almost certain this is what happened to me.

You're going to need to do a fresh install if you want to rule out file corruption.

EDIT: That whole Gov IV building crash is gone, right Marcus?
