So I play as the Arryns and I have 21 provs(1 more than needed for victory). but I don't know how am I supposed to crown myself as a king. I mean, Stannis and Greyjoy have their own kings, but now I want to be king. how do I do that?

A lot of team members seem against it, but perhaps in the future a few more will be availibe, but definately not in this version, sorry.
(I'm sure imagination can work for now, just think, Bronze Yohn, King of the Vale does have a mighty fun ring to it.)

That is stupid. Robb declared himself King of the North for a reason, a reason which the lords of the Eyrie can claim. they were once Kings of Mountain and Vale too, y'know.
I want to be King of The Reach! or Dorne! or the Riverlands!

Poll at some point, perhaps. But at the moment, we're restructuring the mod team (lots of old members are hibernating, I'm putting together as much as I can of our old team and some new members).
"Five had been his brothers. Oswell Whent and Jon Darry. Lewyn Martell, a prince of Dorne. The White Bull, Gerold Hightower. Ser Arthur Dayne, Sword of the Morning. And beside them, crowned in mist and grief with his long hair streaming behind him, rode Rhaegar Targaryen, Prince of Dragonstone and rightful heir to the Iron Throne."
So if you can't claim kingship, how do you win as them?
Jon had taken Donal and Benjen’s advice to heart: Sam may be fat and pathetic, but he is still a member of the watch, and one of the few black brothers who isn't a rapist or thief. (out of context, this sounds ridiculously racist)

They have certain requirements that you need to meet before you can claim victory in the game. Each faction has a unique set of circumstances that must come to fruition to achieve victory. I am going to start work on a FAQ soon, to address questions such as these.

Ugh. FAQ please.
There are two sets of victory conditions, lord and king. Lord conditions are easier, but the factions who can get king conditions will get bonuses (crown ancillary) as well as hatred from all other kings...

I do think that any faction should be able to declare themselves king. But only if ALL of the other factions that can declare themselves King have been wiped out and then the title should be King of Westeros, not king of the Rock, Vale, Dorne, Riverlands, or Reach, that is claimed. Even then, you should only be able to make the claim if you control Kings Landing

You should not have to wipe out all factions, just all the factions that can declare themselves King (Stannis, Renly, Greyjoy, Stark, and Joffrey) and you must hold Kings Landing
And what if one of those factions doesn't claim kingship?
I kind of agree that once another faction claims kingship you have to pummel them down a bit so that they won't oppose you any more.
How do you claim the throne as stark, got about 26 provines (tully and aryn are destroyed) and Robb is still alive (max everything) ?
The domestic advisor should be offering you the title. Click on her picture and then click on show me how and you should claim your crown.
have gotten the option to support the nighwatch and the tourney, but not to become king (im allied with stannis who is king though could that be it?)
Was probably because of the alliance, broke it and got the event 5 turns later.

i have been unable as stark to crown myself how is this so hard?
wait didnt read the post that asked the same thing lol nevermind lol
dont like the fact u need 20/25 regions to claim kingship i mean to be king of the north u actually need to be the king of all the north, vale and river or close to it which is difficult when ur allied to one of em from the off. i think a better way to do it would be to have the option when you've captured all the rebel settlements in ur own lands, i know then u can claim it a bit to quick/easily maybe but u dont have to use that option straight away plus its keepin hold of your throne which is the difficult bit
