Mod won't work

I downloaded the mod, but when i click on the icon for it to start the windowed dos screen comes up for a mili second and then disappears followed by nothing happening.

Any suggestions??

I had the exact same problem, what you need to do is uninstall Med2 and its patches and then make a clean install then it should work

If it doesn't then theres probaly a few dead registry files so make sure to delete everything to do with med2. then re-install, patch up and install the mod.

It took me a few times cause i didn't delete everything
