Ab Urbe Condita - it means [Years] "Since the Founding of the City" (the City in question being Rome, of course). Rome was founded in 753 BC, which = 1 AUC. RS 1.5c starts in 280 BC, which is equal to 473 AUC. it was changed to overcome an issue with the Senate faction, which is supposed to cause a civil war at some date... which i can't remember, but since we coded it out of the game, then it would have caused a CTD when you reached that date.

I thought General Nero Claudius Drusus(Father of Germanicus and Later Emperor Claudius) expanded the Roman frontier as far the elbe in 9BC and died that year by a riding accident.

That's why Syracusae isn't a playable nation anymore in RS2 (I know that we can swap them with the Spartans, but I would prefer to swap the spartans for the bosporans).

I don't think they're are gonna be "swap" factions anymore. Rather Sicily will be represented by the "Free Greeks".

Maybe with this table you can 'guide' your legions to a more historical game. If you want to help with the conquest dates of the missing cities I would be very thankful.
