I finally got the mod working and I see Latin words for Oriental Empire Roman-Britons what not. What is what? Which one is the ERE and WRE?

In any case, WRE stands fro Western Roman Empire and ERE stands for Eastern Roman Empire. They were the two "official" parts of the Roman Empire.
Roman Britons were independent because WRE after 410 AD refused to help them (although they were Romans!), while in Gaul there were roman rebels ruled by Costantine III.

Ok I looked it up on Wiki and It said that the Orientals was eastern Empire and Occidental was Western. I do have another question though. Is there a unit guide like Forlorns?

yes it is the Vanilla version of IB-mods.
But imperium julianorum has its own mod-folder and is partially completely different.
More Roman units and another scenario.
