Default Rome Total War Anthology (Instalation)

    Greetings everyone!

A few days ago I bought Rome Total War anthology which contains the original Rome and both official expansions (Barbarian Invasion , Alexander).

Since till now I had only played with Vanilla Rome (+ a few mods) I wanted to ask a few questions regarding the Instalation:

I suspect I should Install Rome first - no need to be a genius to know that.

After that does it matter in which order I install the other two:hmmm:?

Is it possible to have Rome + any of the expansions in one or two folders and another folder for a mod at the same time:hmmm:? - I mean copy the Rome folder in another one and Install a mod on it (like EB, RTR or RS).

Is there anything else I should look out for?

    All help will be apriciated

My Lord doesn't think the order you install the games in matters, but for safety install Barbarian Invasion first then install Alexander. Roma Surrectum, however, will make the expansions unplayable (except for maybe Alexander). So copy the directory for the original Rome: Total War and install Roma Surrectum (or the expansions) to that directory.

Yeah but copy all including BI and Alex, so you can use their smarter AI.

Follow the order: RTW, then BI, then ALEX. If you want to play mods, just copy the Rome-Total War folder and install them mod in the copy... And you can play all three, plus the mod.

    Thanks for the help guys

Rome worked alright. I installed BI but as sson as I try to start it a message appears saying "... couldn't be started because MSS32.DLL komponent is missing..." or something like that.

Any ideas on how to solve that problem. Did anyone else incounter it. Did I do something wrong??:hmmm:

I won't install ALEX until I managed to get BI working. (I don't think my computer would be insuficient)
