I want to change something

I'm new but i do know about search functions and although i searched i couldn't find the answer

but in vanilla you can change stuff like turns to make a unit does anyone know which file i have to search for to change this.

and id also like to lower the amount of money i start with does anyone know the file for this thank you.

if its not possible because its already been modded then OK but i would like to know and i cant find it in the folder

Uhh, for money go the the file that's "descr_strat" and change the denari amount for whatever faction you wish.

for the recruitment question go to the file "export_descr_unit" (Program Files>Creative Assembly>Rome>XGM>Data) and edit the number that i bolded. (I just grabbed a random unit)

The 1 is turns to recruit you can put it to 0 if need be. The next two numbers are cost and upkeep.
