Romans buildings in Scythian cities?

Hey,everyone
I know I havent been online at the forum that often for you know school ect.

Well any way I was playing SPQR 7.0 which is great (thanks LT) I wanted to try something different so I tryed a campaign as the scythians and when I looked at the Buildings inside my capital city there was a roman barracks,stable and archery range?Scythians were barbarians I dont think they had a legion provincial barracks.

Was this a mistake or is there some special purpose for this?
either way thanks for any replys.
p.s(all the rest of the cities contained roman buildings aswell.)

Its a side effect from using OPTIONS BI which allows alot of the neat features of BI in regular RTW. This change for some reason makes ALL starting core buildings Romans which stinks but later they will be replaced with your own factions.

There is nothing to do on fixing this.

You dont do that with the mod if you do you will get some serious errors in your game or make it unplayable.
