Yes!! I finally did it!! I finally invaded Soviet Union, suffered tons of death, ridiculous amount of Partisan, the bitter winter and beat the Russian out of crap!!! Cheer!!!

The decision was made by Italian High Command during 1943; Russia, at that time, was facing German invasion and pushed up to the gate on Moscow. When everything seems hopeless to them, the mighty American suddenly went crazy and opened an all-out offensive on France, landing on Danzig and pushed German back to Berlin in the winter of 1943; at the same time, the British launched a biggest invasion in Balkan, although got check by German but still remain a threat. German, who still remembered how Brit kicked them hard in Norway, decided to concentrate all resource on this British invasion rather than American, thus gave American a chance to storm Berlin.

Italy, which lead by Mussolini, decided not to act throughout the war despite the begging of German; the reason was simply - Italy had no enough materials and army to fight. To modernize Italy, Mussolini disbanded all infantry divisions saved cavalry and Alphine troops; which, although increased the industry of Italy significally, put it into a very weak military position. However, to please the biggest trading parner, Mussolini agreed to join Axis if German successfully conquered Moscow, which Mussolini calculated it would not achieve until 1944 - a time when Italy was ready to launch a total war in Africa.

Unfortunately, due to the American invasion, Germany never achieved conquer of Moscow; in fact, they even got pushed back by Russian. Yet, German hold themselves well until Allies occupy whole Germany, so mass land of Russia was still in German hand when Hitler surrendered. Mussolini, who judge it was a hopeless situation for Axis, decided to join Allies and "save" Europe from the Red. However, something ridiculous happened - the war suddenly ended before American could storm German occupied land in Russia, gave Stalin a walk to reclaim their land without a fight.

Now, Mussolini felt it was ridiculous; how could Russian earn back their country without even drop a blood?? No, we must save the rest of Europe from that dirty Red. So at the summer of 1943, immediately after the end of WWII, Mussolini declared war on Russia, which brought the Allies into a war against the Red... (part 2 continues)
