Templars or Hospitaler?

Who do you think is best and why?

Knights of Saint John, because they only charge when you say so, they have the same stats as Templars and their guildhalls provide public health bonuses when built, great for when the black plague arrives. And they don't hate assassins as much.

They do still exist, in fact they are technically still an independent nation, Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of St. John of Jerusalem of Rhodes and of Malta, although their 'territory' consists of a couple of buildings around a compound in Rome.

In additon to being better due to the Health bonus, Hospitallers are easier to get. You get bonuses for declaring war on muslim factions as well as bonuses in regions that border muslim regions. If you really want Templars rather than Hospitallers, or want to be offered a Templar Guild in a particular region, park a general with at leat 5 Chivalry there as governor. Best way to get offers for either, generally, is to have lots of generals join Crusades. If you have multiple Guilds and want one in particular to get the master/gm upgrades, use that one to do your recruiting.

Even though its not a choice, I like the Teutonic Knights best. Their Charge is the same (I think) and they fight better in hand to hand.
But, between the two choices, Hospitalars I like their history outside the game... thats about it

Hospitallers...they bring more bonuses with their Chapter Houses!

Honestly in battle hospitalers seem to be better? correct me if im wrong, or perhaps i am just biast

hospitalers because they later turn to teutonics in the north ( or have i dreamed that? )
they have bouses they look cool and they kick templars in a battle.... and templars were dismissed due to some happenings.....
