    I got a few questions for this mod, maybe you guys can answer.

    1. Why is Leonidas alive in 559BC on the age of 33, he fought the persians in around 480BC but that's 80 years later so i think that's historicly inaccurate.

    2. Are the RoP regions historicly accurate?

    3. Have you guys ever thought of redoing this mod in M2TW? IIRC M2TW can contain 51 or 52 factions wich is so cool in comparison to the 21(?) of Rome : Total War. If i have permission i can try that, i have no mod experience with M2TW or RTW but i modded Oblivion and Gothic and Gothic is way harder to mod.

    Thanks in advance, i'm hoping for some answers!

    M2TW cannot have 51 factions.

    1) That's not a good situation indeed. Think we'll have to take care of that.
    2) They are as accurate as we can make them with the sources available to the public. Many borders are of course guesswork, as they were not defined as defined as present day borders are. We do strive to have all cities in their accurate positions, so if you find any flaws there, let us know
    3) We thought about it yes, but it's not a task a small team like ours can easily accomplish. Above that, M2 requires a much bigger overhaul in order to make it represent the 559 BCE world than RTW. And yes, 51 factions is over the top, I think it's 30-something. But we don't need that many

    I read somewhere that you can have 51 factions of wich 27 playable or 31 factions and all 31 playable. I can give you the link if you want to. Anyways good luck with the mod i love it, and if you are ever going to mod M2TW then let me know, i can help.

    That's probably got something to do with a script outside of m2tw which swaps game files if you want to play certain factions, but could you give a link indeed?

    No 31 factions are the limit playable or unplayable. You could may be reach 51 using the script which activates provincial campaigns but you'd still be taking a faction for another. Anyway there is only 500 DMB entries making it impossible to represent each faction acuretly.

    Well, i think 31 playable factions would be awesome. How about more underdog factions? Just to spice it up and the graphics of M2TW is awesome aswell. I just think this game would do great in M2TW. But anyway, nero, for the next release make sure you have atleast 10 units to each faction. Just 4 or 5 isn't enough, it's boring, 10 would be great and 20 would be awesome.

    Just one additional question. How many tpy is ROP? Searching the forum gave me the impression that it is 2 tpy, is that correct? And also, in the case it does have 2tpy is it possible to change it to 4 tpy for more hisorical accuracy?
