Default Disorders in barbarian cities (v7.0)

Is there any way to reduce the disorders in Spain and Africa?
In example, I captured spainish town (like Olisio), there are only 400 aboriginal citizens, I destroyed barbarian tample and tavern, built roman tample, keep there one auxularia legion, but any way - order is 15-30%!!!!
Such situation in any spanish town... Building more leveled tamples doesn't cure the situation...
    What I did wrong?!!!!

spenish town' s are very sensitive for rebellions, to keep the town' s happy you should send a general with good influenze to the captured towns. set your taxes to normal or even low. the general with good influenze trades are the best weapon against rebellions.

Okay and that's just Spain and Africa how are we supposed to keep order in the east? thats way way further from the capital, and we know that not all generals have good influence, any ideas?

Yes I HAVE 3 towns in Iberia and they all have 85-105 happiness.

It can be done but its hard. I lost Tarraco sometimes you lose them I say let the AI build them up a bit since they get bonuses and then Take it from the later in Civil War. lol

I conquered total Iberia and in every city of it there is such sadly situation... Yes, I also achieved 85-100% in those cities with 400-500 citizens, but taxes are low, daily races and games, and I have to keep there my best Roman familiars and total legions... It makes me sad....
The same situation in Africa, but not so bad as in Spain...
    ---

I just want to ask more one question (I think it partly concerns this thread). What I must do with my familiars who lost loyality? I know, README says that I must send him to home as I understood... In this way in Central Italy there are 2 armies of such rioters, who have excelent characteristics but don't have loyality... they sit in Capua and Beneventum a lot of time, but loyality doesn't grow... what I do wrong?

There is NOTHING saying they will gain loyalty just like real life they stand a chance but some are so disloyal and you cannot tell that they will never change. You will need to decide whether to trust them and give them a command or ....... You cant micromanage all your governors and generals as in real life you cant. The game is to conquer for the roman empire if a general or governor revolts you deal with them.

    Two things:

    1) For a general to gain loyalty you need to place him in city with an IMPERIAL PALACE. It does nt have to be in Italy. You need to be patient - the general needs to stay there at least 5 to 10 turns to get a loyalty ring. Works for me every time, and some of fighting generals has gone from zero loyalty rings to around 3 in just a few years.

    2) For cities with bad public order, train as many peasants as possible. Send them to a city in need for population or disband them in enemy lands. Keeping population at low levels will help (works very well for me in Iberia and Africa).

That wouldn't be quite realistic and fair, it's a way of cheating in my opinion.
I would just use peasants to disband them in new conquered provinces.

i would disbaned them in provinces that are burdened with the recruitment of legions. this way you keep these city' s supplied with new meat.

That what I normally do and what I menat with cities with needs to increase population. Some of my cities are in constant need of extra population, especially my military centers :hmmm:

Disbanding them in enemy lands I do not do, although I am just saying it is possible. I agree it would be a way of cheating.
