    You will have to do this:

    Include all errors in your first post organized so that the we could find them without having to search trough the whole tread.

    I had to start my campaign again recently because i had an error on my computer and had to reinstall windows along with RS 2.0, But admittedly, There wasnt many errors on rome that havnt been reported.

    I was unable to take a screen shot of this but this is an exact quote I have been getting a seemingly random crash I have uninstalled and reinstalled it to make sure it was not due to missing files in my vanilla. it crashes to desktop and says: "Rome:total war has stopped working, windows is gathering more information, this might take several minutes." and, it never works. note this is totally inconsistant, I can get this CTD doing a seige, then do the same exact thing next time I play, and it works fine. I have show_err on, and auto save set to false. this may be due to vista, and/or my instalation on my E drive instead of the advised C drive. I will try to see what happens when I install it on C insteaed

    Ah yes. Weird, it's something to do with that particular animation and the two handed cavalry spearman. I'll need to straighten it all up

    1. The Romans for some reason didn't have a texture for that unit. The issue should be fixed in the next revision.

    2. I'm not sure what's wrong with the second one. When you post errors, please include some explanation of what you think is wrong.

    That first error is because of an error in the DMB - there's no merc texture for the volcae coded. An extra line needs to be added:

    texture merc, data/models_unit/textures/tone/boii/volcae_axeman_boii.tga;;;;missing=tone/merc/volcae_axeman_merc.tga


    which points to a temporary substitute for the merc texture which Leif has just done and will be in the next update.

    When an enemy conquers one of your towns he doesnt destroy your religous / military buildings, thus not being able to recruit for himself there.
    I asume thats the case for all factions

    dvk: I assume he is referring to the oddly shaped lighting pattern on the ground in the middle of the picture. It appears as a diagonal line.

    Please as Dvk already said post a short description to EVERY error AND a picture.
    Nothing else is good enough.

    This is the easiest way for us to find and correct the error.

    looking at that 2nd picture (night fight), surely that must be something wrong with the lighting effect...The units on the near side of the shot do not have any glow around their torches, and, in the far side of the shot, there is an identical line of light/dark, like a square...

    Graphical glitches occur in RTW just based on what angle your looking at something from....grass off the ground, trees in the air in the distance, units with parts of their bodies invisible.......weird lighting is an RTW glitch, as we've never changed any of that. So unless you say what you think is wrong, I don't know if it's something I can fix, or something RTW just does on it's own.

    My guess is if you changed camera angles, the glitch would disappear. If not, call CA and complain. LOL

    Sorry, ive been banned for a heated debate in the pit for the last few days, Ah well i can get back to testing now, Nice another tester on Rome, We should work together, do you have MSN or some other type of IM Knight Of Virtue ?
