    You will have to do this:

    Include all errors in your first post organized so that the we could find them without having to search trough the whole tread.

    Seleucid will not be getting any more family members. But I'm working on correcting the 'unhappiness' issue in many of it's far-flung regions. Also, since 'Governors' have all been removed, I've moved generals down a buildin so they become available sooner.

    It may be best to just use the 'add_money' cheat rather than change files.

    I am sure that balancing the factions is something that will be done later on.

    Seleucids are a hard faction to play. I've tried several times in RS1.5. I think in order to survive it may be a matter of deciding which parts of your empire to hang onto. You can always re-conquer them.

    Some mods have hard factions to play. It may be a matter of trying to build up yuor economy somehow.

    in that case, the easier cities to keep would be those near the coast, they can get a higher trade income, and they can grow faster, the inland/desert one aren't really that handy.

    Would you like me to test 2 seperate Seleucid campaigns...

    1st one i will do the Battle Of Raphia,
    Other I won't, just to see what that does to the econemy, future gameplay etc etc!

    That's not the wrong way. it's resting on their shoulders. That's how the two handed spear cavalry animation looks - there's also an overhand spear cavalry animation where the stab down with an overhand thrust....the roman equites use this amongst others.

    A number of the foot units do look wrong. We need a new overhand foot spear animation for the models that have the opposable thumbs.

    the Seleucids may need more power when the AI is controling them as they have been wiped out by parthia, this was at 569 or 570 when they were destroyed!

    In a way this is good. At least Parthia are doing something! Ultimately we'll need to see the results of a few campaigns and see what the average outcome is

    Seleucid will not be getting any more family members.
    They could really use at least one more for the Eastern empire. Actually, they probably need 2 or 3 more -- it's way too tough right now...

    Not sure if this has been reported, but the Pezhetaroi Pikemen are using the old 'fishing' one-hand pike animation:

    Sorry, missed seeing this. No they're using the two handed naimtion, but unfortunately the animation sometimes makes them advance at some stage looking like this. Once they actually make contact with the enemy (and while they're moving forwards out of phalanx mode) they use both hands....I think it's just when they walk forwards with phalanx switched on that they look like this.

    The Seluecids look like being one of RS2's harder factions....The Ptolemies are very arggresive early on...but it is playable...

    No errors to report as such
    No CTD's which is good
    No other issues for the moment

    Sorry if i ain't been very active around here, it's been Christmas, extra work, family around, things to do...back to it now!

    i had something weird i had several familymembers that werent showing up on the family tree but were there and producing children and there children as well al noth showing up on the familytree this is strange

    and when i try to save it wont work the save and load button in the menu where sudden greyed out and so i couldn't save

    Revision 12 - the Cataphract Standard Bearer looks like it's been messed up around the face and front. Also the standard itself doesn't look right.

    You could change these yourself:

    In the DMB:

    type east_scythed_chariot_crew
    skeleton fs_chariot_archer, fs_chariot_sword
    Under "type east_heavy_standard"
    texture scythia, data/models_unit/textures/Tone/Sarmatia/multi_standard_bearer_sarmatia.tga
    texture seleucid, data/models_unit/textures/Tone/seleucid/multi_standard_bearer_seleucid.tga

    and change each of the east_scythed_chariot_crew entries in the EDU to have this as the primary weapon:

    stat_pri 20, 1, arrow2, 160, 40, missile, archery, piercing, none, 1 ,1
    stat_pri_attr no

    When playing as Sparta.
    The Seleucid's are a large growing empire!
    They have taken most of the east at turn 600, and have almost destroyed the Egyptians.
    They have also taken half of Asia with fighting Parta, and Perg. and Sparta.
    Since Sparta has the west of Asia under control at this time.
    Sparta lost over 50,000 troops fighting against them.
    They lost over 70,000 and they are still coming!
    They maybe to strong!
