Cant start IJ, help needed

I downladed and installed Ruina Romae and RIOS IBFD, but when I installed IJ i couldnt start it. My desktop shortcut is not starting the game. please help

I installed all 3 of them. IJ, Rio IBFD and RR, BUT only IJ is not working. And I installed them acording to the instructions that were given here. http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=143704

So, honestly i dont understand why it is not working, as i was following instructions and instalment of rio IBFD and RR went without problems, but IJ simply dont want to start from Desktop shortcut.
Please I need help

Do this: right click on the IJ icon on your desk screen, click 'properties' and make sure the target line reads something like this:
"C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - IB\RomeTW-BI.exe" -mod:ij -show_err"
Note: as you can see, the folder where I DL'd the mod is name 'Rome - IB', you will have to change that name and put whatever name you gave to your folder.
Then check the Start in line, it should read
"C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - IB"
Once again, remember to change the folder name if yours has a different one.
That should fix the problem, provided that you installed it right and following the correct path .

Now I have installed RR, IJ, AND Rios IBFD and they are all working. PLUS I have installed RTR platinum 1.9 and it is also working fine.
