install problems with IBFD7!

all i did was have a clean install of bi 1.6, i installed the IBFD7.exe to that, and when i try to click on the campaign on the menu, it says "please select an item from the list" and when i go to the desktop, it says error in the descr.strat file or sumthin, and it also says something like, "expected start of campaign" help plz!

Are you using the gold edition of BI?

If yes...Delete the line "options bi" and "night_battles_enabled" from descr_strat.txt file.
It's right at the beginning. (I found this tip in a previous post! )

If not...try to reinstall!
