I'd go with Filefront aka Gamefront, much more control of your files there, and they won't be randomly deleted:

Also you might try ModDB though I'm not sure if a user can upload a file for a mod. Maybe.

ModDB is the definite site for hosting mod-related files, unless you want to use Torrents, then Gameupdates.org is the best.
