A Stronger Rome
Dose any one know of a mod where Rome starts off more powerful + owns more land at the begining of the campaign say italy spain and greece?
or if not, are there any easy ways of drasticly speading up Rome's expantion, short of useing force diplomacy to confiscate all lands belonging to these factions and giveing them to rome, which i found leads to the provinces upriseing againced them and just leaveing them even worce off =\
so any help on this would be great ^_^

Re: A Stronger Rome
IŽd say your best bet is the forum just beneath XGM. "Fall of the republic"

Re: A Stronger Rome
Why would you try to make Rome even stronger? It's already overpowered as it is...

Re: A Stronger Rome
FRRE (Fall of the Republic, Rise of the Empire) gives Rome large amounts of territory... Maybe try that?

Re: A Stronger Rome
Barbarian Invasion starts out at the fall of the Roman Empire (think at it's height of power)... But it's pretty different than we're used to in XGM. But they do start with Italy, France, Spain, and major parts of the mediterreanian sea.

Re: A Stronger Rome
BI starts... With Western Rome in the midst of its fall. He's looking for a stronger Rome, (and a mod, at that), so BI isn't the best bet. Not to mention its not exactly very complete... It was decent, but not great.

Re: A Stronger Rome
I know I played a mod that had multiple Roman campaigns starting at different times. I think maybe SPQR but not sure, haven't played in a while.
