Thread: Battle Editor Trouble

  1. #1

    Default Battle Editor Trouble

    I have M2TW 1.3, I put the following lines in red into my medieval2.preference:

    [video]
    widescreen=1
    [game]
    allusers=1
    [features]
    editor = true

    But nothing happened, I changed it to read-only also, and that didnt work. I thought 1.2 was supposed to have a battle editor built in it already, so why doesnt 1.3???

    Please help !!!

    The battle editor will be in the 'Options' screen lay out - same place where you can change your video settings and unit sizes.

    SHADOW:

    You go to your C:/Program Files/SEGA/Medieval II Total War/medieval2.preference

    And add the following files so it should look like this:

    [video]
    widescreen=1
    [game]
    allusers=1
    [features]
    editor = true

    But there is this thing about Vista, it worked with me before and I still had Vista but somehow it just doesnt work for me now when I try it.
