So when someone borns to a Finnish family he has the traits of being the best soldier? And what decides waht is the best soldier? What kind of soldier? Do all soldiers do the same work?

Yes, Törni was an American Finn and not some lame Finnish-American.
He fought in The Finnish Army, in the Waffen-SS and in the American Army. Our former president Mauno Koivisto, who just turned 85, served in his unit during the war.
