Can't Start Game

So I check to make sure I have a vanilla install of BI, ready to be modded. Installed the 7.0 mod, installed the 7.03 patch. Tried to run the game, but couldn't, had to fix the shortcut. Fixed the shortcut. Tried to run, and it fails, and I get the following message...

Generic Error:

Could not read file 'data/descr_strategy_lightning.txt'

Its trying to start up, but fails. That file isn't in the directory. I thought, ahha! Maybe thats why, so I created it myself using notepad. Still won't work. Same message.

Tried to reinstalling twice, no joy.

Help Please!

Edit: Nevermind, Got it working. Since I hate it when people just leave it at that, I'll go ahead and explain the details.

At first I thought I had downloaded a corrupted copy of the mod, but when I installed it again, and went to adjust the shortcut again, I had a really duh moment. See, I had originally installed Rome in the /Activision folder. Then uninstalled it. Later, I installed and played Shogun, putting it in /Program Files/Total War/ folder. When I reinstalled Rome, I installed it into the Total War folder. So the mod was installing into the /Activision folder, rather then the /Total War folder.
