How do you "replace" regions?

Hey, I was wondering what files I would have to change so that Harad starts with less regions under their control?

data/world/maps/campaign/the_new_shadow/descr_strat.txt

Each settlement has an entry there; you need to move the ones you want from Harad's list to the rebels.
Then you need to (re)move the haradrian armies that are occupying the coordinates on the map where those settlements are.
And then, if you want, you should put some rebel armies at these coordinates, to be the garrisons of the settlements.

Note that if you're using WoM, you must edit the descr_strat.txt that exist in the relevant Batch/ subfolder.
