How to Stop Genocide

This is an open opinion thread. What do you think is the best way to solve genocide in any country? Options can range from doing nothing to arming every man woman and child with a handgun, rifle and 50 rounds.

Well,,, There are several things that can solve genocide.
1: tolerance, why dont we accept each other as we are and stop the hate against each other.
2: Human Migration, get all the different tribes seperated and let each tribe/race live together, so that they do not need to face each other.(this can cause a war though)
3: Let one race die out so only 1 is left so there can not be any genocide anymore.
4: recreate borders, like in africa, redo the borders so that the initial tribes get their own country instead of being devided among several.

this really could do wonders, however the tribal nature of lot of these places, where it is necessary, might end up putting the newly formed countries in a round of survival of the fittest. in order to make sure everything stays the way its intended it would have to be watched closely by developed nations and some of the weaker nations might need a push in the right direction.

The International Association of Genocide Scholars (IAGS) has voted overwhelmingly to recognize the genocides inflicted on Assyrian and Greek populations of the Ottoman Empire between 1914 and 1923.
The resolution passed with the support of over eighty percent of IAGS members who voted

WHEREAS the denial of genocide is widely recognized as the final stage of genocide, enshrining impunity for the perpetrators of genocide, and demonstrably paving the way for future genocides;

WHEREAS the Ottoman genocide against minority populations during and following the First World War is usually depicted as a genocide against Armenians alone, with little recognition of the qualitatively similar genocides against other Christian minorities of the Ottoman Empire;

BE IT RESOLVED that it is the conviction of the International Association of Genocide Scholars that the Ottoman campaign against Christian minorities of the Empire between 1914 and 1923 constituted a genocide against Armenians, Assyrians, and Pontian and Anatolian Greeks.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Association calls upon the government of Turkey to acknowledge the genocides against these populations, to issue a formal apology, and to take prompt and meaningful steps toward restitution

Well, since no country will ball up and provide an adequate ground force, the only practical solution would be to set up Iraq-style no fly zones over the minority group. It may only prove marginally effective, but local/minority armies could have a much better change fighting off the government/genocidal forces if they did not have to worry about an air force, and it would be easier to convince a country to sent some fighter aircraft as opposed to ground troops.

Of course, that only works if the two groups are relatively separated and not mixed together.
