Take this nifty US Civics Quiz.
No cheating, just take the test without looking up the answers.
I scored 100%, because I'm smart or at least not an Obama voter.

As a teenager, I was taken to various houses and flats above takeaways in the north of England, to be beaten, tortured and raped over 100 times. I was called a “white slag” and “white ****” as they beat me.

But this is rather flawed set of questions. Most are straight forward, but a few where just to promote the economic and philosophical views of the ISI, and had nothing really to due with civics. The "Socrates, Plato, Aristotle, and Aquinas" question is case in point. It only is a US civics question if you believe "certain permanent moral and political truths are accessible to human reason" should be a core principle of US governance. Otherwise its a philosophy 101 exam question and nothing more.

"Romans not only easily conquered those who fought by cutting, but mocked them too. For the cut, even delivered with force, frequently does not kill, when the vital parts are protected by equipment and bone. On the contrary, a point brought to bear is fatal at two inches; for it is necessary that whatever vital parts it penetrates, it is immersed. Next, when a cut is delivered, the right arm and flank are exposed. However, the point is delivered with the cover of the body and wounds the enemy before he sees it."

Mostly because I either didn't agree with the answer or who has really read the Washington and Jefferson letters? And how many average US students take Philosophy 101? I think that was only allowed to honors students in my school. But, none the less, better than average.

Way to crush my false sense that I am a not a freak.who has really read the Washington and Jefferson letters?
I'm sure they're a good read, just, if your going to make a sweeping judgment of the US population on the test then add something that is not generally read at all in any part of the standard education system or populace is sort of looking to find fault.Way to crush my false sense that I am a not a freak
But, it is one question and I suppose 100% would mean you are ahead of the curve in your interest in US civics.

Anyway I got a 31. Yes, I'm ashamed I didn't know the content of the Lincoln-Douglass debates.
The other question had the wrong answer, of course. I still got it right!
