minimize UI

As i said in the title how could i minimize the UI of rome tw or bi or alxander ^^

I saw, some days ago, a screen where there was only a line and the map ( in the interface ) and nothing more

There are some features you can add or edit by going to your Rome Total War folder, the one in which you installed it, this can differ from the one named here. (Default: C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total War\Preferences). Click on the word document named Preference.
Change the User Interface: Next to the words MINIMAL_UI change FALSE to TRUE

Also, if you have Vista, like I do, then you need to go to change the path to C:Users\Yourname\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\etc, if you installed it in C:, I don't know if this is the same if you installed it in a different section or on a mobile hard drive.

That used to work in R:TW 1.2, but with the latest patches the preferences.txt file was moved into a folder also called preferences. You should edit that preferences.txt, not the one in the base folder.
