Hmmm, downloaded all the patches/fixes but it appears I've got an AI-army-standing-around-doing-nothing bug. The Mongols arrived a while ago and they're just sitting outside of Merv, doing nothing. They haven't taken any territory or even moved from the spot. The only action they've undertaken is defending themselves when attacked by a Khwarezmian army.
