    Default Make a Specific settlement a power centre for training a specific unit.

    OK here is the deal
    I have been playing the vanilla mode for 3 months and have learned something that i wanna share with you guys.

    I've created a imaginary unit for hre i.e. Bavarian archers
    And these Bavarian archers can only be trained if Hre holds Innsbruck. Like in kingdoms Constantinople acts as a power center for training Greek firethrower.

    I tried to fiddle with the campaign script of Crusades campaign,the descr_regions.txt and the EDB to use the hidden resource concept and voila it worked.
    here what i did in detail
    Firstly in the descr_regions.txt i added a new hidden resource called "bavarchers".
    "Innsbruck_Province
    Innsbruck
    hre
    Swiss_Rebels
    150 150 150
    teutonic_knights_chapter_house,
    bavarchers
    5
    3
    religions { catholic 80 orthodox 0 islam 0 pagan 5 heretic 15 }"

    Then in EDB file i Added this imaginary resource
    hidden_resources sparta
    bavarchers
    Now add this line with a space after the recuit pool of your unit "and event_counter holds_bavarchers 1"
    It should look like this.
    recruit_pool "Bavarian Archers" 0 0.000001 0.999 0 requires factions { hre, } and event_counter holds_bavarchers 1
    Add lastly in the campaign_script.txt i added

    ;Increment
    monitor_conditions I_SettlementOwner Innsbruck = hre
    and I_EventCounter holds_bavarchers == 0
    add_events
    event counter holds_bavarchers
    date 0
    end_add_events
    end_monitor

    ;Decrement
    monitor_conditions not I_SettlementOwner Innsbruck = hre
    and I_EventCounter holds_bavarchers == 1
    and I_NumberOfSettlements hre > 0
    set_event_counter holds_bavarchers 0
    end_monitor


    So thats simple huh!

    The hidden_resource is not necessary, you are not using it. The event trigger is sufficient.
