it is against TWC policy to send unmodded files. however, you can use the unpacker to simply unpack that one file again.

descr_strat isn't one of the packed files, but as Userprobe said, you can just stick in your M2TW DVD (I can't remember if the information is on DVD 1 or 2 - try both) and use windows explorer to browse the files until you find descr_strat. Just copy it from the DVD onto your PC.

sorry, i was just looking at 'export_descr' which would mean its a packed file. i didn't look at 'strat' to realize it was actually 'descr_strat'
